When working on golf swing basics,remember to pay attention
and focus on how far your body is rotating with your club and
arm extension through the impact zone.This should be one
smooth motion.The more smoothly you can move the club
throughout your swing,the better off you will be.
Make sure to keep up with your strength training and flexibility
exercises.When you achieve greater strength and a wider range
of motion,it will result in your swing becoming more powerful on
its own.In other words,with golf fitness training,you will improve
your swing without changing your golf swing mechanics.
