You must exercise your golf swing on a regular basis and not neglect
it.It's very important to do this as much as possible because the golf
swing contains movements that are unnatural to the body,it is easy
to forget these movements.By practicing the swing regularly, your
not going to forget these movements.
A warm up is to keep you from starting a game while cold.If you
stretch the muscles,it will be beneficial to your comfort for the
duration of the round and prevent you from pulling muscles.At
this point you can use two or three clubs or purchase a weighted
club.Practice about ten minutes before you tee off,with out a doubt
this will help you play better golf.
